We understand that most people want to talk about costs straight up - we get that!

We need to understand your needs, your wants, your loves, your build site! We will listen & when we fully understand what it is you want, we will deliver a 100% guaranteed contract price.

People always ask what is your square meter rate?  We individually quote each & every one of our homes. Why? Because each home is built differently, with different building materials, different degrees of building difficulty's as well as different fixtures & fittings. Is it fair that you should pay the same square metre rate and get less in your build than someone else? 

We will also sit down & go through our comprehensive 30+ page specification to ensure you are fully aware of what it is you are getting before we deliver our price to you. We don't just hand you a one page document with a scribbled price on it.

A lot of people make the mistake of accepting the lowest price without fully understanding what it is they are getting. How many times have you heard friends or family say when they were building, "I thought we were getting this or thought we were supposed to get that" and at the end of the job handed a huge variation for things they thought they were supposed to be included in the build?
